Committed to fair claim handling
We publish the Fidelity Law Journal annually and distribute printed copies to attendees at our annual conference. Because of our commitment to fair claim handling and education we are pleased to offer the community the opportunity to read and download articles from past Fidelity Law Journals. All of the articles from volume I (1995) through volume XXVIII (2022) are available as PDFs.
This year, we will proudly publish Volume XXIX (2023) of the Journal. We are excited to join the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the ABA to present the articles at our annual conference on October 4, 2023 in Boston, Massachusetts. We will provide complimentary copies of Volume XXIX to those who attend the conference in Boston, as a courtesy and a thank you for support. If you do not attend the conference but would like to purchase a copy of Volume XXIX, please submit a request via the Contact Us page on this website. Limited quantities of Volume XXIX will be available for $60.
Copies of other Journal volumes are also available for $60 each while supplies last. A thumb drive containing Volumes I through Volume XXIV is available for purchase for $195.
